Full time Client Care Specialist

We seek a team player who is energetic, detail oriented, and enthusiastic about their work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior communication skills, eagerness to address customer requests with a positive "can do" attitude, and represent our practice in a friendly and professional manner. Scheduling experience is a must!

This position will need to be able to perform many duties, some of which include: receiving clients, answering phones, answering basic patient care questions for clients, scheduling surgery appointments, understanding and scheduling lab work rechecks, handling financial transactions, navigating easily in a Window environment, learning and mastering our clinic specific software, receiving and tracking inventory, and being a professional communication avenue from doctors to clients.
