Palouse Animal Wellness and Surgery provides a low cost Spay and Neuter Program for otherwise healthy pets under one year of age. In additional, PAWS works with local Humane Societies who offer coupons. These programs are a great way to spay or neuter at a low cost. All surgery procedures require a pre-surgical appointment, request an appointment today.
